Pillowcases

You might be washing your pillowcases less often than you should. Experts recommend cleaning them at least once a week.

Your pillowcase collects sweat, oils, dead skin cells, and even bacteria every night. This buildup can affect your skin and hair health.

If you have oily skin, allergies, or pets who cuddle in bed, washing pillowcases more frequently can help prevent breakouts and irritation. Keep your pillowcase fresh to support clearer skin and better sleep hygiene.

Curtains
