Hilton and his family relocated to the Las Vegas area in January 2023 and moved into the finished Prado house that December, according to public statements from that period. Should it sell near asking, the transaction would rank among the larger recorded sales in the young Prado community, where inventory has moved quickly enough that more than half the original 18 homesites sold within the development’s first two years.
